The opportunities for employment with Gesac depend on the traffic handled by the airport. In the high season, from April to October, there has been a sharp increase in the number of personnel, in particular by hiring new resources for the "Customer Service" and "Security Guard" profiles.
As far as concerns managerial profiles, for university graduates, personnel selection activities are normally initiated only when specifically required by the organisation or for reasons of turnover.
At Gesac  special attention is paid to the whole phase of the selection process, from screening of the CVs container in our database or submitted in response to specific advertisements (which can be either electronic or published in the national press), to group and individual assessments conducted by our Human Resources department, up to the technical interview with the Line Manager.
Before being actually hired by our organisation, each resource follows an induction      programme and specific introductory training referred to the role in question.
