In March, 2003, GE.S.A.C. assumed total management of Naples International Airport until 2043.

Gesac’s main duties include:
 

• Maintenance, management and development of the infrastructure and airport systems; 
• Co-ordination and control of the quality parameters related to all flight operation services; 
• Management, co-ordination and control of passenger boarding and arrival services 
• Airport security and control of passengers and hold baggage 
• Co-ordination and control of handling activities related to flight operations 
• Development and control of the commercial services provided for airport users
