Please contribute to improving the quality of airport services by filling in the suggestions/complaints form which is available on line and can also be found in special dispensers throughout the airport and at the Airport Customer Service Desk. The completed form may be sent via email to customer_service@gesac.it, by fax at 081.7896707, placed in the special customer service mail boxes in the airport or handed directly to the Customer Service Desk. Those customers who have included a return address or telephone number will receive a response and assessment of any indicated disservice within ten days from the time the complaint was made.
