BAA Italia processes the personal data of employees for purposes related to contractual and regulatory obligations and for activities related to the development of resources. The data processing is conducted on information technology support and is processed exclusively by Gesac Spa employees specifically charged with this task who have been duly informed as to the obligations of confidentiality and security provided for in Law 196/2003. In the management of said data, BAA Italia reserves the right to utilise third party firms or external consultants. By virtue of the peculiarity of the processed data, Baa Italia, implements a policy marked by particular attention and confidentiality and makes all efforts to ensure that the same levels of attention and confidentiality are used for the data of all Gesac personnel, regardless of their position, who are affected by data processing. In respect of, and in safeguarding, individual privacy, all information regarding corporate records of employees are considered to be of a confidential nature and BAA Italia makes every effort to ensure that Gesac takes the necessary measures to guarantee that all company personnel maintain these internal rules of confidentiality. In reference to the processing of personal data, BAA guarantees your right to exercise all of the rights provided for in Section 7 of Law 196 dated 30 June 2003, which is referred to in its entirety, specifically in observation of: - The right to be informed that personal data is being processed; - The right to have the data processing organisation block, cancel, update, rectify or modify the data.
