Baa Italia, fully complies with all the obligations and requirements related to Legislative Decree number 196/2003 regarding the processing of personal data. In keeping with the laws currently in effect, the Data Controller has proceeded, in accordance with its organisational-managerial structure, to nominate a Processing Director for all the personal data entrusted to Gesac Spa.
Gesac guarantees compliance with privacy regulations and assures the application of the minimum corporate security measures as identified by BAA based upon the different types of processing and the nature of the data.
In compliance with article 13 of Legislative Decree number 196/2003, specific policy notices have been prepared for the various types of data processed:

-    Policy notice regarding data of an administrative or commercial nature
-    Policy notice regarding personnel data

The above guarantees all involved parties the full and routine exercise of their rights as set forth in articles 7, 8 and 9 of Legislative Decree number 196/2003:
-    the right to know if your own data is being held and processed by a third party;
-    the right to exactness of data - to be able to update, rectify and integrate processed data;
-    the right to anonymity - to be able to cancel, transform or block any processed data which is in violation of the law;
-    the right to oppose processing - to be able to protect yourself against the processing of data for illegitimate purposes;
-    the right to oppose the use of data - to oppose the use of any personal information which may be used for evaluation purposes.
